We spent months researching to find private firms with credibility in the architectural profession and who have won awards for their designs. Also, we sought firms who understand today's residential design needs, therefore supplying house plans reminiscent of the excellence seen in custom designs. We will continue to seek firms with integrity in design and place their incredible, talented work online for you.
Most of the house plans have never been offered to the public, therefore once we receive photos of the homes we will place them on the site. If the architectural affiliates have photos they would like to place on the site reflective of the style of home, we will place them on the site as well.
To protect the privacy of our homeowners, we do not give out the address of the photographed home. Upon completion of construction of one of our home plans, VCHP will make an attempt to photograph the house and post the pictures online for our others to enjoy.
We do our best to record the location of every plan sale based on zip code and subdivision given at time of purchase. Prior to completing the purchase of your plan, a VC representative will confirm the location of your build site to ensure the plan does not already exist in that area. After your purchase is complete, we will log your build site location in our database to protect that plan from being sold in the future. Unfortunately, we can not protect against unlawful replication of our plans and where they are built.

Since each architectural affiliates plans will vary slightly, please contact a VC Representative for a more detailed list of the pages for each plan set. This information will be available soon on each individual house plan page.
Once you have found the house plan you would like to call home, please contact our office and speak with a VC Representative to process your order. Payments can be made via credit card through our secure shopping cart which you will be granted access to upon contacting our office, or by sending a certified check or money order. Any orders placed on a credit card will be charged a 6% processing fee.
To acquire an architectural stamped set of construction documents, the architect would need to be licensed in your state. Although some of our architects are licensed in multiple states the house plans do not have a stamp. If you are interested in a specific plan and would like to know if it can attain a stamped seal in your state, please feel free to contact us. We suggest all plans be taken to a local architect or engineer regarding the codes and specifications necessary in your city or county.
It is at the discretion of the architectural affiliates to supply a materials list. If it is not provided, for a minimal cost you can take the plan to your local lumber yard, Home Depot or Lowes and they will supply you with a list.
This is a difficult question to answer due to variation in construction cost from one geographic area to another, not to mention the fluctuation in the current economy. The best way to determine the construction cost of one of our plans is to consult with a home builder in your area.
Each plan purchase authorizes a single construction of the home. To purchase a multi-use license, please contact our office directly. Multiple uses of the plan purchased without the receipt of a multi-use license is a direct violation of the copyright held by the respective architect or designer, and is a breach in the signed agreement and may result in legal action.
All sales are final, so please confirm your order carefully. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any purchase of house plans or subscriptions.
Upon receipt of payment, within two business days the architectural affiliate is notified of the order and receipt of payment, Then within 5 business days all plans are printed and shipped directly to you. The plans are shipped via FedEx 2DA. We try to accomodate those needing immediate shipment but cannot make any guarantees.
